Founded in 1982, Halcyon offer a diverse range of luminaires to enlighten spaces across the country. What began as a creative experiment by founder Royce Everett, soon ignited a multi-generational pursuit of good light. Today, son Brendan Everett and his team renew the passion and drive of his father, reigniting Halcyon’s design focus, and expanding the inventory to one of the largest in New Zealand.

Our lighting is inspired by our place in the world, and our unique way of life. With luminaires designed and customised inhouse, our engineers, designers and technicians work as one team to drive new solutions for our industry. Our design process is a close collaboration between creative and technical disciplines: balancing quality of light, considered form, and brilliant function.

At Halcyon we’re vertically integrated, enabling us to deliver better for our customers every step of the way. With facilities in both the North and South Island, we’re able to work with agility and speed. Our local design, assembly and logistics means that luminaires are delivered direct to our customers without excessive shipping, double handling, and unnecessary markups.
